Magpie - the best friend of the family

Adorable magpie was taken by a Bloom family, living in Newport, in northern Australia in 2013. One of the three sons - 10-year-old Noa Bloom, while walking, founded under a tree an abandoned chick. So he took it home, fed it and gave the name of Penguin. The bird took strength in the care of family. In this way, the pie was the best and unusual friend of the family.

Mural Colorful Honeycomb in Germany

This fall, Brazilian street artist Marina Zumi made a mural fresco called “Honeycomb of Life”, on the facade of a building located in Halle, in Germany, for the All You Can Paint Festival. On a 800 square meters surface, she wanted to represent alveolus of beehives in rainbow colors.

The Steep Chalet

The architecture studio based in Vancouver, Patkau Architects has designed this house of 460 m2 for the couple Martin and Sue Hadaway. Set on a steep slope of Whistler, a popular ski resort located 80 miles north of Vancouver, the whole chalet is covered by ipe wood boards and large expanses of glass offer stunning views of the Whistler Valley .
