Pictures as painted images

At first glance it might seem that the pictures of frozen flowers are painted images. Beautiful and colorful flowers, frozen in a large block of ice, make an electrifying impression.

Photos of night sky around the world

Clear night sky is full of magic and feeling that there are a lot of mysterious undiscovered things happening up there. There's no such feeling in the world like watching clear sky in the warm summer night. It reminds us of the greatness and incredible beauty of our wonderful planet!

New life of old barn

Tiny Whimsical Porcelain Creatures

Anya Stasenko and Slava Leontyev is a duo of Ukrainian artists creating tiny whimsical porcelain creatures. Each sculpture is painted with a wildly imaginative and creative array of painstakingly detailed and brilliantly Colorado designs. Given the tiny size of these creatures (most measure anywhere form 4 to 40cm), it was all the more surprising that Stasenko and Leontyev weren’t actually trained to work with ceramics. One is a graphic artist and the other is a painting teacher. They chose to work with ceramics simply because of economic reasons and because of the relative ease with which the material can be worked.
