Katarzyna Konieczka is costume maker and avant garde fashion designer. Her creations are mainly to be viewed on a stage or a catwalk. The main aim of her designs is to create an impact on the viewer and evoke feelings. The costumes are not for everyday use. The main motifs in designs are asymmetry, destruction, dramatism, macabre. All costumes have been hand made.

Katarzyna Widmańska was born in Krakow, Poland. Graduated artistic education in fine arts at the Art Institute of the Pedagogical University in Cracow. Several individual and collective exhibitions and publications in country and abroad.
