Bolle lamp

In September there was a feast of the London Design Festival. The visitors had the opportunity to see projects for more than 350 exhibitions and events. Among the unusual concepts from around the world appeared, among others, Bolle lamp by English-Italian design office Giopato & Coombes. This unique reflector from blown, transparent glass contains small bubbles that "filled" by the light of the lamp. The designers were inspired by soap bubbles, especially their lightness, as a metaphor for "the emptiness of light".
