Chicago-based American photographer Patty Carroll offers this series Anonymous Women: Draped. Started at the beginning of the Iraq war, she wanted to remember with these women in draped silhouettes that, whatever the nationality or confession of women, all deserve to have a place for her to rest and shelter.
