In 1968, Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill built La Muralla Roja (The Red Wall in Spanish) in La Manzanera, Spain. This building refers to Northern African architecture like the Casbah. 50 apartments with colorful intertwined stairs, bridges and platforms.
