42-year-old American photographer Chip Phillips traveled thousands of kilometers in search of ideal landscapes. According to him, he had never seen anything more wonderful than a foggy sunrise over the Palouse region of Washington State.
Chip Phillips lives and works in Spokane, Washington. He is a professional musician - plays the clarinet in the Spokane Symphony Orchestra and is a lecturer in clarinet at Gonzaga University.
